How it works
Local Services shows qualified professionals at the top of Google’s search results when a customer is looking for relevant services. Local Services also allows customers to quickly see reviews, company profile, services offered, and hours of operation. The main ad unit will show a carousel of three businesses that rotate based on proximity, job type, reviews, and provider responsiveness. Providers that are signed up and approved receive a Google Guaranteed badge on their ad, access to the Local Services app, premium promotion on search results pages, and a polished profile page with related service reviews — all of which help providers build a great online reputation. Mediagistic will assist with onboarding the account and provide training documentation along with intermittent call-monitoring and customer support.

Over the top or “OTT” is the term used for the delivery of film and television content via the internet, without requiring users to subscribe to a traditional satellite or cable provider. Sling & Hulu are among the most popular OTT providers, but there are many more. In contrast to cable or broadcast television because it’s delivered over the internet, OTT is unique in the ability to target households down to the zip code level.
